  The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd.   I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast!   I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!!   We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests. Super clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. - ... 别人怎么说 » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime.   we liked being in the tower - the room and the hallways were clean and bright. The bar, restaurant and Denny's were conveniently located. - Even though we showed up early to check in, our room was ready and we were very well received. The room was very nice.
