  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony.   the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. - The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

  The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. - Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.

  This has to rank as one of the best B&B's we have stayed in, including outside of Canada and was exactly as pictured on the website. We were welcomed by our very genial host upon arrival. As well as being very friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about any events happening in and around Kelowna, the local restaurants and can give you a bri... 别人怎么说 » ef insight about the city. The accommodations were extremely well appointed and of a high standard. There was a very tasty range of breakfast options - Sid the owner made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to the Jacuzzi suite on arrival. The room was lovely and so relaxing with our own private balcony. We stayed a couple of nights to see the sights of Kelowna town which was very nice and within a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Sid recommended a good restaurant for an evening meal, Raudds which was very nice. The breakfast which Sid cooked was amazing, lots of fresh coffee, pastries and the eggs benedict was superb! There is a nice walk
