The room was attractive and very clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a mountain view and a microwave/fridge kitchenette stocked with dishes. The small indoor pool was a perfect temperature for swimming and the outdoor hot tub was hot! The hotel is directly across from the lake and convenient to restaurants and shops. Everything from check-in to rooms and check-out. Rooms was spacious and extremely clean. I could not believe when I was told that the hotel was 8 years old. Very clean and welcoming. They even have the dvd player in the room.
所有评语 » The hotel is located in a wonderful lake and mountain view position. Adequate and good standard amenities nearby. The rooms were comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. The room was great as were the vistas and amenities but above all the staff here were superstars. Kind, courteous, professional, amiable and very accommodating. Beautiful Suite, extremely clean and great value for money when comparing to the Resort and Spa next door! Amazing view from a big patio too!. The whole experience - really helpful staff, beautiful location with a facility designed to embrace and show off the surrounding area. Our pet was allowed to stay (all be it in a more expensive room) Nice view of the lake and beach, nice walking areas. The gorgeous view! The bedding was super clean and super comfortable! The tea and coffee in the lobby, nice touch. very nice suite lay-out large patio having coffee/tea available all day at the reception area was a nice touch. Our 3rd time back & we loved everything, mostly the pool for the kids & the cleanliness all around. Beach boardwalk is right out front. Beautiful vista of the lake with mountain backdrop. We only spent the one nite, but we really enjoyed it..Very relaxing and comfortable. Loved the room - separate seating/dining area. Kitchen well equipped - great stay. Liked the people the view the bed the fireplace the comfort, liked everything. loved the location & the view of the lake... the room was beautiful... A relaxed comfortable stay, with staff who cared about getting it right. room was awesome, view was breath taking, staff were nice and helpful. Large comfortable and well equipped room. Location is good, we enjoyed pool and clean facility. Bed was very comfortable. The town (and area around it) practically shuts down after Canadian spring break. We were disappointed about the lack of activities. Nothing, oops the wi fi was extremely slow but we were least bothered. Having to leave. Our room was right across from the elevator and in the morning it was very noisy and kind of annoying. No ones fault really, there has to be a room near the elevator and they were full because of a wedding so they couldn't move us, but that would be our only complaint!. Sadly we went to use the hot tub only find it was under going maintenance - preparing for a busier time. Unfortunate but understandable. The weather cold have been warmer. Just because its December shouldn't mean we have to freeze.(just kidding)!. The exercise room wasn't a room, rather it was a nook off the chlorine filled pool. The lobby was very tiny. staff talking in the hallway at 7 am on Sunday morning :-(. there use to be morning coffee at the front desk, we missed that this time around. Only one staff member available at 4:00 check-in. Nothing - was great!!. there was some hair in the bathtub. Wifi was intermittent, hair drier did not work, light bulb gone in bedside lamp. The price was a little steep. hot tub outside. would be great to have one inside too. The general cleanliness was good, but the carpet was dirty. The TV was difficult to program and the remote did not work. The people directly above us were noisy and inconsiderate and stayed up all night. Staff tried ineffectually to get them to quiet down, but we had a terrible night listening to the noise. I think the management should have compensated us and other complainants (there were several) by perhaps a discount on another stay at the hotel, something!. whirl pool not open and pool closed. Our view was blocked by tree. Being hustled to complete a survey. too noise，wi fi too slow ,Hot Top in outside. Only some suite had balconies. We booked a room with two queen beds that was changed without our permission to a queen bed and a sofa bed that was not confortable for our children. TV did not work, range was also out of order and the staff could not fix it. Noisy drain in deck.
