The night manager was kind enough to call us @ midnight to advise that our vehicle was running. It burnt $16.00 of gas. This was reported to police because there is a scanner that opens vehicles & the steal articles from inside the vehicle. Thank you. This hotel was great value for the price. Nice comfortable beds and pillows.....they recommended we go to the Hilltop Resturant and the food was fabulous.
所有评语 » Very friendly staff - especially the lady who handled the breakfast buffet. Pleasant & very efficient. Maintenance staff very responsive. With letsbookhotel.com we had selected a queen size bed. It was not available but the hotel gave us a room with 2 doubles for the same price. the staff were very friendly and you could tell the owner was a very well down to earth guy. Bed very comfortable Location was excellent ... Close to nice restaurants. I love the wonderful entry way.its beautiful! Staff is always so friendly. It was quiet and clean,the staff was friendly and it was a good price. Beds were comfy. TV was nice and big and new. Staff was very helpful. Location,cleanliness,very quiet room,breakfast included,great price. Price, location, pet friendly, bed was comfortable. Good value. Breakfast included. Central location. No surprizes. You get what you pay for. City center. We liked the swimming pool. the room was very clean. nothing. Cold weather that you can't do much about. nothing. The pool area is in serious need of upgrades,it was kinda gross walking on the old wet outside carpet and the roof was leaking cold water on us while in the hot tub. Not the newest facilities, but still nice. Strange smell in corridors. breakfast room was to dark, looked dungy and dirty. No microwave in room. The windows in the room are small... the man at the front desk didn't really know what he was doing , he was blunt not friendly at all , didn't notify me about the free breakfast . the breakfast lounge was very dark . food was to high in containers , not much of a selection. the back stairs ,where I had to enter to park my car so I would be close to my room was very dark and dirty , not a nice place for a women alone to have to walk . hotel did not have my special request and no attempt to resolve the issues restaurant staff untrained and inefficient although friendly will not stay there again. we went to this location since we wanted to relaxe in pool & sauna & it was close for renovation & we where not told at the time of reservation. room cleaning you had to call the front desk to get my bed made...poor.
