Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that. Bed was comfy, attached restaurant was convenient, and underground parking was really appreciated as it was very cold!!. I like the whole feel of this Hotel, the staff are very welcoming, the hospitatlity of the Happy Hour was great! The attch'd. White Spot restaurant is very handy and I took advantage of a great breakfast without having to go out in the winter weather!.
所有评语 » Customer service was superior! The Front Reception Attendants were prompt, friendly and professional - Bravo!! The overall experience was superb! Love the duvet and bedding at the Sheratons. Will definitely rate this as one of our best experiences!. I liked how clean the room was. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there was a "pantry" where snacks and other products were provided 24 hours. underground parking at -10C large room - easy to operate climate control - free wifi - convenient restaurant adjacent -daily paper - coffee if desired. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Price for a Saturday good value $100. Not easy to find but I had been there before. The offert us a crib, so next time one less thing to pack. The room is really nice. The bed was confortable. The staff was very competent and helpful. This included staff who welcomed us and staff in the restaurant. New, clean and spacious room. Lemon water, coffee and tea provided in the lobby. Close to YEG. I found the rooms quiet and did not here noise from the hall the beds where great. We were welcomed and treated very kindly upon our arrival. Our room was great!. Liked everything, but especially the staff, Shelbi? Very helpful. Loved it. The beds are so nice. Could haved stayed in it all day. Comfort. Great staff. Love the shower. All day complimentary coffee and tea, free wifi no password required. Clean, comfortable, secure. letsbookhotel.com reservation wasn't in the hotel system. The location was a little difficult to get into, but once we did, we were fine. The eggs at White Spot - tasted like "fish". Would choose a different menu item next time. Staff were fabulous though!. the possibility I may not get the same rate in the future. All good. Elevators has tiny noise when operating and u have to use room card to activate it each time going up. Pool was out of service when we stayed. No tv guide No wine glasses in the room. Could'nt find the tv guide. swipe cards for the door did not work well. had to pass the card several times before the door would open. The fact that letsbookhotel.com didn't put in a reservation for me once I arrived at the 4 points and I had to pay a more expensive rate was BS!!!. shuttle service from yeg 2 hotel!. Dirty glasses left outaside room from previous guest for the duration of our stay. There were also guests who thought it was appropriate to walk around the lobby in bathing suit and no shoes. Staff should prohibit this behaviour as it is a higher end hotel. Bath room tap was loose and felt as though it may break of . I should have told the front desk . nothing. That I could only stay one night. I was on a very short trip and there wasn't enough time to go swimming or to the restaurant. The hotel had no record of our booking for the 1 Apr. Luckily they still had a room to give us. Front desk concierge staff refused to let us rebook another night for the lower rate of the 1st nights' stay. They are young, inexperienced staff with little clue as to how to make guests happy Bathroom floor tiles are VERY slippery. The hot tub does not work properly. Hot enough but the jets don't work. Carpets dirty as you get off the elevator. Only 1 elevator was working during our stay which was a bit inconvenient.
