  Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. We ate dinner at the Redwater Grill inside the hotel, service was exc... 别人怎么说 » ellent, food delicious, we highly recommend this hotel. - Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

  Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. The bar area was also a great place to have a casual dinner at night - compliments to the chef! Location was perfect for walking into the old town and port.   For the price we found the room to be rather clean looking with a nice flat screen, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean as well.
