We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much!. Nice room. Convenient location - walkable to downtown . Friendly staff. Clean. Laundry facility on premises. Breakfast room downstairs.

Excellent facilities Great position for visiting Charlottetown on foot or PEI by car Good value for money. Staff are friendly , professional ,knowledgeable . Hotel is clean and comfortable and usually quiet . Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and large. Parking was good. Stuffs are very kind,room is wide,clean, and location is good. breakfast staff was happy and smiled alot front desk. Location Breakfast included. Room was clean. Nice beds. Close to all amenities. Spacious rooms. Nice comfy beds. excellent stay. The location was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was sufficient and welcome, considering the cost of the room. It was within walking distance to downtown. comfortable, close to restaurants, harbour. -Excellent staff -Great location. Fitness facility. Room facilities. Not much. We got the feeling that students were living on our floor. It smelled like a dorm, and the of bags of trash in the hallway were not pleasant. Extremely noisy air conditioner Wi-fi didn't always work. Quality of hot breakfast. Breakfast was awful. We had the unfortunate event to be staying beside a sports team of some sort in room 371.They were loud ,disrespectful to their neighbors and the hotel and it's staff .In their drunken stuper left beer cans and contents spilled outside their door .They were disruptive throughout the night . We stayed 3 nights. Our shampoo was not refilled/replaced. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the sheet became bundled up and uncomfortable through the night. The bathroom was not cleaned each day but we did get clean towels. The breakfast ran out of juice and some food (possibly because of sport teams??). dated room old looking. Poor dining facilities,clearly not enough space,if Hotel is full. More strategically placed ramps for wheeled suitcases. Toaster in breakfast room was weak and the toast was just warm. My phone won't display what option is what for question 2 so I guessed which one was which. My intention was to select the best possible since it was applicable in all cases. Sorry for the potential distortion of information in your survey. Room was a bit crowded - extra large chair at desk that got in the way. The complimentary breakfast was not really worth going to - processed eggs and sausages; long line up and wait for coffee as the machine brews 1 cup at a time. Could not accomodate a late check out. Did not like the breakfast. The room smelled gross-not clean and fresh. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was located outside of the bathroom itself. The price we paid was very high. The room was crowded for 4 people. The double beds did not allow for much space. pricy. -Room was dated, especially the kitchenette -Not enough ventilation in the room, air felt stale, especially in the bedroom. Room was old. Faucet in shower was a replacement and did not Orkney very well. Difficult to control hot and cold temperature. Breakfast and location. Small rooms, no food close by. not the best Best Western I have stayed in.
