Our room had a balcony which looked out to snow covered mountains. The beds were soft and room had a fridge and microwave. The lounge downstairs with an open fire, comfortable lounge chairs, along with free tea and coffee was a great place to meet fellow travellers. The breakfast which was included was quite good. The staff was friendly and patient. The room was cozy, relaxing, clean and comfortable. We liked the fact that they have Pet Friendly rooms available and they charge lower rates then some Hotels or Inns they don't take advantage of the consumer.
所有评语 » We were on the first floor. I liked the patio doors to a little sitting area outside with easy access to our car. Gas fire place was a nice touch. The breakfast provided a lot of options and was great for our family. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price compared to other places. Great breakfast included with a lot of selection. Great that the rooms have fridge and microwave. Wifi was excellent. Everything was generally clean. Loved the sitting area downstairs with the fireplace, great breakfast was offered and loved the separate space for that, staff was friendly and excellent, really made our stay feel warm. The location was great. It was within walking distance for shopping and going out to dine. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back again. Thank you for your hospitality. The view of the mountains was spectacular as well as the sunset. The room was compact, but efficient. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and lobby area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was not serviced except for emptying the bins, until after the third night when I went to reception to ask for the room to be serviced. Reception was very apologetic. Stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom could use some updating and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Just some of the walls in the hallways and doors to the rooms need to be painted. The room was too hot at all times, had to leave the window open 24/7. The room was very warm, even with the window open. Our room had no chairs for relaxation, nor table. Parking was tough to find but was okay. The hotel didn't have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It would have been good for our little one to play in the pool for a while before going to bed. More breakfast choices. No faults at all. Bathrooms need to be updated. no concerns. beds could be updated for comfort. can't think of anything. Fireplace wasn't working Fridge wasn't filled. The fireplace was not working and the sheets and pillows were worn. There was nothing I didn't really like, we only stayed the one night so for our purpose it was great value for money and clean/confortable. The young staffer in the breakfast room shuffled his feet , moved slowly and seemed unfriendly and uninterested in even being there. Took note to desk asking to have squeaky bathroom door lubricated. It was not done. Price - I booked on line and could not find a list of motels in Canmore so I paid more than your advertised price when we arrived. No pool. No bar. The rooms could've had a better tv and perhaps DVD player as well. The breakfast should've had more variety. Our room had an air conditioner that was not installed right to the wall, exposing the room to outdoors. The toilet was not that clean... Rooms are dated. The bathroom sink was not draining, however, one call to front desk and it was taken care of. A little outdated. No hot tub and the sauna was not running and required pre booking. - things in the rool look old. - Worn towel - with that price I expect better quality. The bathroom was not clean......when pointed out, the floor was cleaned, but the bathtub still had hair and din,t look clean.....rather disappointing!!. check in and out not what im use to.
