  We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it.   The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime.   Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.   location was convenient and surroundings were more than adequate - The airport shuttle service was a relief to the mind, to know we could be taken to the hotel easily. The restaurant has a wonderful friendly waitress that made us feel very welcome.

  The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. One call to the front desk and security immediately responded and the noise was under control in mi - Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!
