Clean.Comfortable.Convenient. Helpful staff. Provided essential services for an overnight stay while waiting for a flight the next morning. Liked "one-call" aspect, whereby I had accommodation, transportation, and breakfast with only 1 call. Simplified my travel. We were just looking for an inexpensive place to stay after our flight from the UK. This was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Nice continental breakfast the next morning too! Can't fault this place for an overnight stay.

We chose the Super 8 since it was close to the airport. But apparently the direct road was closed and we had to travel a longer way around. But luckily there was a free shuttle bus. If you want to visit Calgary it is not the place but for it was only for a night stay so it was good. Nothing. nothing. 200.oo deposit,which I do get back but its rediculous due to the fact I am there on business/work and not to party. I am from BC and work in Alberta need to have shuttle to the Calgary executive airport as I do work past Fort Mac. Will most likely stay here again. Booking issues with accommodation charged twice... Not hotels fault though!!!. Everything was great for the budget! Again problem with booking credited against me twice, at booking online & at accommodation so be aware when booking!!!!. Coffee maker wasn't working. could hear people in the hall. Had connecting door to another room which was locked. The man who was next door got a call at 3 am which woke us and we heard every word. It was like he was in our room. Desk manager who checked us in was unfair (or worse): did not disclose to us there's a 24 hrs shuttle to the airport, didn't even mention it. Ordered instead a cab for 10am the following morning, which his day colleague cancelled... Nothing, absolutely great!. A little overpriced!. the place to park your car for extended stay, poor. Breakfast finishes to early on the weekends. The room we stayed in had the bathroom vent broken and something smelled bad, one had concerns about its cleanliness. That I received a "confirmation" email that free parking would be included while we were out of the country, but later got another email from the hotel that it would only be free for the 2 nights that we stayed, additional nights would be $5.25 + tax. This hotel really needs a maintenance plan. The entrance mats edges were chipped, our room had a very loose toilet seat, rusty/squeaky bathroom door, the bathroom faucet was loose, all the cabinet handles were loose, the air conditioner was noisy. All easy things to fix, but annoying. Given a room that was not empty. Breakfast was not great. Considering that the hotel is fairly close to the airport, it still takes quite a while to get to it due to the road network from the airport - you must go well past the hotel on Hiway 2 and then come back. expensive for what your getting. The strange entrance behind the other hotel. Was upcharged significantly from the booking rate. The fact that they charge $5.00 per day leave your vehicle at the parking lot while you out are travelling. The rooms were small and smelled musty. Didn't think the money we spent on the room was worth it. The person at check in was hard to understand and didn't talk much or make us feel like we were important. Would not stay here again!. Very poor breakfast and overcharged for one night and parking. If you are going to promote a breakfast included then make breakfast. More options than dried cereal, poor muffins, and cheap bread. Sparse. No soap or shampoo in room when we arrived. THEY DIDN'T HAVE RECORD OF THE SECOND ROOM I RESERVED. I couldn't readily find a phone number for you to confirm we had 2 rooms. 2 of our group had to go to another motel. room was too warm. Parking is not free and airport shuttle only leaves once an hour. We waited 70 Minuten for the Car.in Hotel nö water in machine to buy And had to Walk at Midnight in the cold to Other Hotel.it was terrible. Made a reservation and upon arrival was told did not have one even with a printed hard copy presented to front desk. In turn recieved a room with a King size bed, which made it very uncomfortable to have to share with my work buddy.(little to close for comfort). Weent back to front desk to bring this to his attention and was told if we wanted two beds we could move but would be charged for two rooms because my buddy had already sat on the bed for 5minutes!!!!!...Not happy!!!. * Did not replace towels or complementary coffee in rooms on a daily basis. Bad lighting, weird location in the fact that it sits behind another hotel in their parking lot and a truck stop. The continental breakfast was poor. The eggs gave my husband a stomach ache. The waffles were different tasting. Lastly, the front desk wasn't very helpful. We had a stranger banging on our door just after midnight. We called the front desk for assistance and he wasn't willing to help. It was a very hot day in Calgary and we were in room 205 and the air conditioner ran but didn't cool the room off at all. It was way too hot to sleep comfortably and I feel I should be reimbursed a portion of the cost. Also $139.00 a night for that room was too much money.
