great service from evening checkin staff - directed us to best restaurant, and worked out maps for us on internet, then printed out. Very knowledgable of the area, and where we wanted to go. How accomodating the desk clerk was - they had missed the notation for a pet friendly room but quickly reorganized for us. The Inn was ideally located for our purpose on this trip. It's location. A SkyTrain station is one block away and I used it to go to Vancouver and back. I was able to leave my car at the motel while I was downtown. It has WiFi and TV.

Perfect location for our needs, close to Sky Train which makes it close to Vancouver but less expensive. Very comfortable beds!. I liked the convenient location, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room. Nice room pool skytrain station proximity. Very handy to where Iwanted to be. I loved the village feel. I liked the comfort. Location. location. location. Location to Bill Copeland Arena, very close to the skytrain which was only 10 minutes away from Rogers arena. Location. conveniecnce to skytrain and the hotel clerks at front desk were very helpful and friendly. It was close to the arena we were attending. Close to sky train. Very roomy. all general ok. Price. Noisy kids in pool until after 9:30 pm - low cost breakfast not available-no food delivered. No breakfast. Nothing particullar, very well priced for what you get. Oven didn't work so couldn't bake our own store-bought pizzas - had to eat a crummy Pizza Hut one instead ...... Very nice layout, nice,y situated but needs some TLC. There should have been a little more dusting. The T.V. really needed a good cleaning. There was no plug for the sink in the bathroom. stove oven was filthy room 22. no sidewalk on hwy. Room a bit dark dated and in need of update and toilet leaked and very basic kitchen. clean. oven did not work, outdated kitchenette and bathroom. room wasn't cleaned every day. Satellite TV did not function properly one member of staff was not helpful. others were very good. The bathroom was small and needed to be re-decorated. Not very clean, lites didnt work, air conditioner didnt work. Hot tub area dirty and in need of repair. stove dirty. we should have asked for a different room. Maybe all like that. Very outdated - no fan in bathroom - bathroom door wouldn't close - I requested non smoking yet room smelled of smoke - web site said I would get private balcony yet there was none - the snack area was nothing more than a vending machine - the hot tub was out of order. No hot water one morning. Old facility. When room cleaned, they only do bed and shower. Didn't touch coffee or sink. Got what you paid for.
