Check in was simple, quick and efficient. The suite had two separate bedrooms, each with it's own key card access. They weren't anything fancy, but the space was very large and closets were complete with shelving for hanging clothes and storage. Large windows in each room with windows that opened for fresh air. The kitchen had a full size fridge with icebox, microwave and sink. No utensils or cookware are provided so remember to bring your own. The kitchen table has two chairs for seating. B.

The entrance had lots of parking making it easy to off load suitcases.The location and price were exactly what I was looking for, since I was taking my son to camp and did not want to make a 4 hour journey in one day. This put us only 22 minutes away from camp. I liked that it was easily accessible, very easy to go downtown and back. We had a two bedroom suite that was very clean with lots of room. We only needed a single and there was only the two room suites left when I booked but the price was the same so it was great. We unfortunately did not get to spend any lengthy time there, only needing it for the overnight. But the place was clean and friendly and our suite was surprisingly large and accommodating. We loved the kitchenette and 2 clean bedrooms with 2 good-working tvs and micro/convection oven. Loved the shower too. Roomy and good strong water flow. we like the separate rooms,this include a kitchen and a dinning area and each room can be lock for privacy. Price, cleanliness, accessibility to highway, security, pleasant and accomodating staff. Beds were comfy, pretty decent space and very affortable. Great hockey rink outside too. room was clean, nicely laid out- would be good for a longer stay. I like how close it was to the location we were going to. Available in a good location at budget friendly prices. beds were big and comfortable, rooms were spacious. The room has a kitchen and 2 seperate bedrooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Student atmosphere - refreshing. Clean, inexpensive, convenient. Excellent price and amenities. The value for the price. Everything was good. great staff. We liked the location. There was not much traffic around and it was close to the freeway. It was nice to have a little kitchen area and a table. It was clean and convenient to where we had to go. The location was great and the rates were reasonable when first reviewed (as an online option but when you saw the facility in person, it was not what was advertised). This place is nice,. Separate bedrooms. The ac wouldn't cool the suite below 73-74 F. Maintenance came to repair it promptly and replaced a part. However, it didn't seem to work better by the time I'd checked out. (It was during a heat wave in the area) Rooms aren't cleaned or made up daily. Extended stays get service every three days. But you can get towels from the main desk as needed. TV is tiny CRT not LCD which can be a bit misleading as a "flatscreen". Decor is due for update and carpets and upholstery are stained. The vertical blinds in my room would not close, so it was a very early morning for me. The gym was not open on that weekend. Also - would be smart to let guests know before they arrive that there are no dishes, cutlery or other amenities that a one could expect with a kitchen. The evening front counter staff were polite but not overly approachable, the morning staff were much friendlier. Also didn't like that we can only stay there between May and Sept., but I guess the students have to live somewhere. It was rather confusing to find the correct parking lot for people who are not familiar with the campus. The signage was not clear, especially with it being dark at our arrival. Secondly, the weather had dropped in temperature dramatically for that weekend. The airconditioning in the suite made it quite cold, close to the point of real discomfort for our short sleep there. Inadequate numbers of baggage trolleys upon morning departure. Other than that - all was well. I asked for a extra pillow twice i did not get it . Pillows desparately need to be replaced. A toaster and a kettle would have made the accommodation more welcoming and comfortable for a family. Could have used more shampoo and toiletries as we were only given one packet for 3 people. Was there a cooking source on the floor as well?. Part of a University so it was difficult to get to main entrance the first time- not signed well. The Decaf coffee. I bruised my shins on the bed EVERY time i walked past them. Internet only works with cable. No rubber bath mats inside shower for senior and handicapped safety. It was never told that this is a College residency being rented out - i had to circle several times trying to find a 'hotel'. Should be a sign/better sign to direct you to the right parking lot. The parking lot entrance is confusing, parking cost 25$/additional vehicle. nothing. It was very loud in the middle of the night we were awoken several times. It sounded like a party in the hallways. The rooms were bare and void of decoration. It's advertized as a suite, I expected dishes in the cupboards. Absolutely none. Could not make coffee in the morning, none available at 6 am. The bed is 3/4 size, it's a student facility. No sitting room. Also, they use a deodorizer which is very strong and created havoc with my allergies. The room was very cold and could not control the thermostat. a little too noisy. There was nowhere to sit when you were in the room aside from the beds, the rooms were not clean (holes in the walls, smelled musty, bedspread had a stain on it, etc) beds were not comfortable...as a dorm room, this would be good, but as a hotel, not acceptable. where is coffee machine in room. Shower heat is all rusty. Wired Internet should say just cable plugin Double Beds not queen size Kitchenette with nothing in it. We didn't like that it wasn't very clean. The kitchen floor was dirty, the halls going to the rooms were very dirty. they should state that these are college student dorm rooms during the school season. cause they look like it. burns in the carpets, dirty walls. just very unclean looking. i could not get spare towels or anything, they said the cleaning crew would be by in the morning. there wasnt even a coffee machine or kettle in the room. this was not well advertised. if they told the truth then they would loose business. Noisy all night pillows flat Chairs scrapping on floors above, People running in halls early am. Did not sleep at all.
