  I found this place to be terrific value at us$69 per night which included a first-rate breakfast at the hotel's poolside cafe. My air-conditioned room came with a fan, a big balcony, an en-suite bathroom, fridge and 40" slim-line tv with over 60 channels.   We arrived following a 3 day trip on buses and boats, so the arrival drink and cool towel was a welcome start to this relaxing hotel. Rooms are quiete, pretty big, beds are super comfortable, 4 stars toileteries and cabin shower (note that many budget friendly hotels in Indochina have the shower that flows directly on the bathroom floor). The position is not in one of the several attractions centers of the cit - this is my 3rd or 4th stay at silver river, still excellent given its price and service. room service food is very good too although there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. always remember to check the shower pressure, air-con, toilet flush etc, varies a bit in diff rooms, get a change of room or tell reception to fix it. there is a handyman around. safety box is very user-friendly!
