  The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i - I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants and get right into Sunny Beach if you want to far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. The rooms are clean and comfy, quite spacious and you wake up every morning looking over the sea and the view to Nessebar. All staff very friendly, food fine.

  We liked almost everything in our apartment at Kaya. We had 2 spacious rooms, well furnished, a large terrace with view on the beach and Nessebar. The location is in the midst of the resort.   Unfortunately our baby fall ill on the last day and I cannot be greatful enough to the staff, namely to Angelo to organize a doctor visit in 5 minutes and arrange everything so we could reach our flight to home. The staff is wonderful in this hotel, they are very helpful, friendly, do not hesitate to let them know if you need sg (we informed them ... 别人怎么说 » that we will arrive with a baby in the monring, so 45 minutes after landing in Burgas we could occupy our room, with baby cot already set). Breakfast - There is a fantastic breakfast with a big variety of food! The hotel is located very close to the sea (about 2 minutes by foot). And you can find 'free zone', just buy somewhere an umbrella if you need some shadow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaners are very diligent (they changed our towels even if we didn't ask them to do it). We stayed there for 12 nights and it was absolutely fine.

  The location was ok, relatively close to the beach and center. 5 minutes away from Nessebar. The hotel was clean, spacious, the pool is enough to swim a bit, play volleyball, etc, but the is not much sun in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious, plenty of natural light all day long. For a smaller budget there is excellent value for money.
