  This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Sunny beach. The value for money could not have been better. The room was large, simple and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked well. The room had a nice terrace which over looked the lush green beautiful garden and swimming pool. All the basics were there an - Nice hotel, with clean rooms, especially the swimming pool area is great. Will most probably return.

  We liked almost everything in our apartment at Kaya. We had 2 spacious rooms, well furnished, a large terrace with view on the beach and Nessebar. The location is in the midst of the resort.   The Hotel is realy close to the beach, and to the night life. The pool is great and big enough, there is a pool bar. We had only breakfast, we were satisfied with the supply, they were continually filled up. The receptionists were nice and helpful, they spoke english. - Nearly all the basics of a hotel were available.
