  Location and Hotel itself is fabulous. The hotel was founded couple of years ago, so the rooms and furniture are modern with flat panel tv, especially in the second building. Reception staff is good and breakfast ok. Free wi fi is excellent, worked well almost all days. - Everything!   The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. It also provides clean swimming pools and nice restaurants (great service!). Nice and polite personell, speaking several languages (english, russian).   Nice hotel very close (less than 100 m) to the Kavatsi beach area, and about 3 km from Sozopol city centre. The hotel is very comfortable, the apartman was really big with a fabulous panorama to the Black Sea - do not miss the sunrising in the morning, you can enjoy it from the balcony!   From the balcony of the room there was a fantastic sea and harbour view where you could see the sunset. It was also a good size with table and chairs plus an airer for drying clothes. The room itself was a very good size, with a fridge and coffee making facilities.
