The service was excellent and always caring for the wellness of the guest. The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels. The location is perfect because there are many stores and mall of Sofia very near.

  We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

I recommend to book a room with double bed - bigger in size and the beds are more comfortable in comparison to those of the twin rooms. - English speaking staff friendly and helpful.   We had a large private room which was nice. There is a big kitchen at your disposal. All looks quite clean and new. Air conditioning was nice in the hot summer.   It is ok, close to city centre, close to cat show location, prices are very good. - The hotel has a nice location close to the city center. Staff very helpful and friendly.
