  Best location in town, but no traffic noise. Highest building in central Bourgas, thus fine view from most of the rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Good value for money - Location is ideal for the town centre, on main street and 5 minutes walk from train station. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Best suited for business use.

  The moment we arrived staff greeted us very politely. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have both shower cabin and a bathtub, so it is spacious. There's a TV in the room, and a balcony. Seaview costs additional 11euros per day. Parking garage was for free. The pool is amazing, you get free towels too. The beach is 20 m from the hotel. Pool, jacuzz - Best price & quality ratio ever met in 5 stars hotels in Europe. Probably because of cheap labor expenses still you can enjoy service corresponding to a high level hotel on a reasonable value. At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good. We give 10 of 10.

The beach in that part is quiet and is not overcrowded in high season. Some nudists occupied that beach - but it's not a probl - We used this hotel as a night stopover when arriving late at Bourgas airport. For that it was ideal. Owners had some difficulty with english language but very friendly. Fairly convenient to the beautiful coastal environment in Bourgas and reasonably close to onward Rail and bus connections.
