  The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area and close to Gondola and provides convenient underground parking. The studio was comfortable, warm, clean, modern furnished and fully equipped (tv, microwave, fridge, kettle etc). The breakfast was pretty good for the price of the room. Definitely would stay there again. - Very charming during the summer time, there are only a few other guests around. Nice lobby and free fitness/table tennis in the summer.   We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it.   Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay.
