The hotel was superb and unique Bansko style. Would recommend withouthesitation to all my frends. Me and my friend stayed in two "single studios". They were very spacious (each of them was about 60 sq. m., with two floors. Downstairs: wc, kitchen, living room. Upstairs: huge bedroom and huge bathroom, even with twin washbasins!) Extra portable electric heating radiators inside the studio but the heating was adequate and we didn't have to use them.
所有评语 » Room was very big and comfortable, very clean. Staff warmly welcomed us. We got a farewell bottle of wine. Great view to the mountains. Private garage under the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was nice. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.Quiet and comfort of the room. Very tasteful food. Lovely restaurant-bar. the people who worked were very polite,new hotel excellent stuff.the breakfast was nice. The room and the hospitality of teh staff. the room and friendliness of the staff. I liked the whole atmosphere in the hotel, the staff was kind,polite and hospitable!. Good conditions and facilities, nice price, fitness and swimming pool, children's room, underground garage, transportation to ski resort. New hotel and nice personenl. friendliness of staff. The comfort and spaciousness of the appartment. big and warm room with comfortable bed. There was nothing particular I liked about the hotel. The facilities were generally good but either they were not in function or there was a charge on their use. Swimming pool was cold and jacuzzi also.there was no air condition in the room. the breakfast. Breakfest - more variety won't hurt, at least from one day to another. Facilities as restaurant or jacuzzi not available (out of season). we had to ask for some basic things such as tea cups (there is small kitchenette), soap (there was nither soap or soap dispenser in the bathroom), hair dryer. at ny eve party, the majority of the program was meant for local people (spoken only in bulgarian, only bulgarian popular music etc). Food, food and food, It might have been good for stray dogs...breakfast could have been earlier to enable getting the first bus up to the ski lift as not meeting this meant long waits at th gondola. there was no soap in the bathroom and no telephone. The hotel was unheated which should have been pointed out and we would not have stayed there, their was no facilities,not even to get a beer at the bar, All swimming poo,l spa, gym not open or usuable. at breakfast 2 solitary plates laid out no one around no hot coffee. staff non existant or unhelpful Not every one though. This is a real shame as the hotel is lovely and could be excellent if run. There was no heating in the rooms nor hot water for shower unless you asked the reception for this. The clean service personel was absent and the quilts were too small for a person in a cold night. To sum up I think that the direction of the hotel was trying to minimise its costs offering quite poor services to its customers.All the hotel facilities were closed, we did not have hot water in our room for 1 hour every morning... and the worst: breakfast! No frendly staff...
