  Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The AC was included in the... 别人怎么说 » price.   We booked two rooms in this hotel for a weekend with friends. It has a great location, by the sea side, on the boardwalk, great view with the sea. Very quiet, the apartments are treated as small houses with ground (tv, fridge, coach) and floor (bedroom, toilet), both with balcony. I was travelling with a dog and this posed no problems at all for the hotel. Breakfasts were basic standard Bulgarian fare but adequate.
