Hallo, dear friends at letsbookhotel.com! This was one of the best summer vacations I ever had - excellent location, mild sea and sun, silky smooth sandy beach, very friendly and competent personnel (big thanks to Mrs. Ivanova - the Hotel Manager!), very clean and comfortable rooms and the food - like all fruits of the richest Bulgarian lands are pooring there, tasefully prepared and served with a friendly smile! Definitely the best seaside place I have ever visited, while back home! Truly your.
所有评语 » Location is perfect, the hotel is on the beach. Reception staff and the manager, Dima Ivanova, were very helpful. Although the wireless signal is not available in rooms, they had an RJ45 slot in the room and I have used my personal Ethernet cable to connect my laptop to the wired network. For authentication I have used the same credentials as for the wireless network. Daily fresh towels, the sheets were changed every 3 days. The room had fridge and A/C which were very useful. The hotel was clean, there was a fresh smell everywhere. The location is excellent, close to a nice forest, hence it was not very hot, very close to the beach, so that one gets directly there when coming out of the hotel door. The beach is clean and cleansed every night. The food was served twice a day. The meals very very tasty, very healthy, always different, and displayed in a very pleasant manner. I spent a wondarful time there in all respects. The hotel is on the beach, is clean and the staff is very good. They have an excellent animation team for adults and children. The pool is clean and the food was a lot and good. They have a long breakfast from 7:30 to 12. You have two sunbeds and one umbrella for each room for free. The beach is clean and they have for each beach a lifeguard. The price is very good. There was always free space at pool and at the beach, 5-10 min walk to main street, quite at night. Perfect for families with little children. Good location, friendly staff, food was great & the rooms nice. Good food, freshly renovated room, modern flat-screen tv. Position, beach, food and very good value for money. It is on first line of the beach. The food is Ok. - beach - food - staff. good food and peace. Food is nice. None. Breakfast could be improved a bit, especially on the food diversity side. The room was not cleaned properly on a daily basis. There were spots where it was obvious that the vacuum cleaner hadn't been put to use. They don't have all inclusive, just half board. No Wi-Fi connection in room - only in reception and nearby area, very disappointing. VERY weak internet, & the elevators frequently did not work to the upper floors so you had to use the staff elevator. No free beverages or water at dinner. Wifi is not free. - parking too busy. loosing my time. Unsatisfactory customer service in terms of not making best effort to comply with customer needs.
