Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine, loved the chocolate pancakes! Nice small shopping square, Billa and Kaufland within walking distance, as is the Metro station, Happy Bar and Grill next to the hotel but we ate in the restaurant and it was lovely. The waitress we had could have done with some lessons in friendliness but she corrected her mistake.
