  Loved the visit to Plovdiv. Very nice old city. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were very friendly and were able to help me organise my onward journey to Istanbul. Facilities in the hotel were good. I used the gym, restaurant and lobby bar. I'd recommend a visit to the History Museum in addition to visting the old town. The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.
