  We loved the staff at the Ipanema Inn. Everyone there spoke English and were extremely helpful in finding excursions, transportation, food etc.. We had a large group of 6 (2 seniors and 2 children under 9) which made for some difficult logistics when traveling and the staff here made everything easy. Definitely a good option for those who want good location and good service without being ripped off. - The hotel has been refurbished, is clean, comfortable and the staff and breakfast are great. It is close to shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. Most of the staff speak English. We had a spacious family suite with a terrace and beach view.   This was the most unique and sexy hotel I've stayed at. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and the staff was extrememly helpful. But the best part about the room was the mirrors above the bed and the huge jetted spa with multi colored lights and once again a huge mirror above it!
