The owners speak English very well and are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving helpful tips for seeing the city, including neighborhoods and events that we wouldn't have known to check out. The views from the balcony are wonderful, as is the extensive breakfast. The bedroom does not have a bathroom attached, but there is a full bathroom right across the hall, and it's private for the guests. Extremely friendly owners, very helpful in recommending things to do.
Nice neighborhood (though keep in mind that you have to take a taxi to the beaches, but really good to see Botanical Garden), more residential but with some bars, very safe.
Excellent value for money, very nice breakfast.
The most important is that the owners made me feel at home, very much enjoyed my stay - I cannot recommend it enough!
