  Extremely friendly hostel right in the heart of the Pelourinho. The facilities are certainly a bit spartan, but the staff are overly friendly, speak many languages, and they assist you and advise you on all matters. The pousada has a very nice covered courtyard with coffee tables, a hammoc, and a pool table, as well as a sunny terrace with rooftop... 别人怎么说 » views. The rooms are very simple but spacious, clean and fresh. They also have fridges for keeping snacks or drinks. The view from the rooms is very - Location was excellent, in the heart of Pelhourhino. Even though accommodation reflected the historic nature of the buildings and area (basic and old fashioned) it added to the feel of being in an historic, authentic location. We had a room which adjoined a communal terrace with fantastic sea views and ideal for enjoying a late night drink.
