  What can we say about this place... 10 out of 10 doesn't really do it justice. It's more like 20. The location is fantastic with the bus stop to the center being 2 min. away. The staff is the most friendly, helpful and warm we have encountered in a long time. All in all it has a fantastic and warm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy and so are the t - Staff were very friendly, they help you about the city a lot. The rooms are very clean and neat. There are lockers under each bed and very safe. The location of the hostel is very good, very near to transportation and botanical gardens and the bus stop for touristic bus. The breakfast is very clean and rich.

  The staff are very friendly - only 2 guys at the reception (Rafael and another guy) speak English. The place is clean - service is quick. Location- wise it is great because it is just outside the main bus station, so traveling on weekends is great. Also, to get to downtown, step outside and you can take a bus (301 or 303) and it takes 10 mins.
