All staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool with the outdoor lounge/cafe area are very nice as well. There were pretty big rooms, good service, very helpful English-speaking staff (at reception). Breakfast is very good, also we had a dinner, and it was also nice. From the high floor there is a good view to the city or to the river. For cold weather (it was +3C) they have power conditioners - setting to +26 makes room acceptable.

For the deal I got I was very satisfied with the comfort, facilities and
cleanliness of this hotel. It's near to shops and a good restaurant
(Buffalo's - corpses and salad buffet for veggos, music too).
William (spelling?) at the hotel desk couldn't have been more
helpful and efficient! Bus stop to the Falls just round the corner.
Highly recommend. It worked well for us!
