The owner was so helpful in planning our two days at the falls; we were on a tight schedule, and we wouldn't have been able to see everything without his insight and patience in helping us plan out our schedule, down to the hour. We were unaware that we needed to pay a reciprocity fee for entry into Argentina and would have ruined our trip to the falls had the owner not known to confirm that we had them, and then help us get them at the last minute. He even helped us find a great place to eat .
所有评语 » This is a tiny hostel (I think maybe only 4 rooms), very clean, modern, and quiet. The accommodations were all perfect, but we were especially impressed with the owner who was very knowledgeable and service- oriented. We ended up spending quite a bit of our stay talking to him. He also offers tour services off both sides of the falls, offered at very good prices, and we regret not having taken him up on these He offers them at a much lower price, and is very professional (we had sadly already b. The staff was very helpful - especially Ed, the owner, himself an ex- backpacker. He has great advice / information on everything in the area, including trips to Iguacu Falls (both sides). The location is excellent with buses to everywhere within a 2 minute walk: Buses for the Falls (30 mins), Peurto Iguazu in Argentina (30 mins), Ciudad del Este in Paraguay (35 mins) and the airport (20 mins). Foz Do Iguacu centre is either 10 min walk away or bus journey. There is also a supermarket at the e. Edson is the perfect host, and he was extremely helpful and friendly, especially arranging the tours for me, including visiting the argentinian side of the falls, and helping me with transportation and currency exchange too. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The facilities are new and clean. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. The hostel is located a short bus ride from the Brazilian side of the falls, and a 5 minute walk from the beginning of the commercial area with supermarket. The hostel has just started to operate from March 2013. The facilities are new. Everything is kept clean. A nice spread of breakfast. Quiet and safe residential area. It is located near to a bus stop where buses going to Brazil and Argentina Iguacu Falls pass by. There is a supermarket about 15min walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help me to source for a tour to the Argentina side of Iguacu Falls when their usual contact was not operating due low season. The most accommodating hostel owner I've ever met! I was pushed for time and thought I'd only see one side of Iguazú Falls in just over a day. With the owners help I saw both in the cheapest way possible! He even helped me with my trip planning further on in Brazil with sound advice. The hostel itself is super clean, right by the bus stop to the falls, and the breakfast is awesome!. We stayed at Iguassu Falls Hostel for one night. Everything was perfect! Rooms are completely new and confortable, bathroom is very clean. The owner is super hospitable and he helped us a lot with directions and gave advices and the information regarding waterfalls. We are highly recommended this hostel!. - the best kitchen ever - very clean - a very good breakfast (choco pops, cake, fresh orange juice, fresh fruits,...) - friendly and helpful stuff - a very good and fast computer with internet - a good location: very close to the bus 120 - bus to the falls, airport and city. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. He can also offer tours to the Argentina side of the falls which we also did and really enjoyed. The hostel is very clean and they have a nice little breakfast. Its a small hostel so it is very familiar. Amazing value for money. The owner was so helpful and friendly. Limited eating places (besides pizza and sandwiches) within easy walking distance. But easily solved by taking bus to town centre. - just a window to the corridor.
