The pousada has a good location, right on the Praia Grande. It also has a good pool area, with views across the street to the beach - good for sunsets. If you stay in a (expensive) front room, the view is amazing. Location Beautiful beaches Nice swimming pool area. We were here in off season, in May, maybe this contributed to the vacated feeling in the hotel. Some of the staff were helpful, others not at all. If you like brown wood and tiles as room furnishings, this hotel is for you. Compared to similarily priced pousadas in nearby places (Buzios, for example), I think this was not good value for money.
