  My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Apart Hotel Violetta. The staff were very helpful and go out of there way to assist, particularly Sergio - who had a good understanding of what it meant by good customer service. He came along with us to the markets and showed us where we could go to shop, good restaraunts etc. The location of the apart hotel is... 别人怎么说 » close to shops, restaraunts, pharmacy, internet shops etc. All these places a walkable distance from the hotel. The best part about our stay here, is - The staff was amazing. Every time they saw me they asked how my trip was going and if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I arrived prior to check in time but my room was ready and they were happy to let me check in. When I called down to ask for the wifi password, someone came up to my room to give me the password. The next day, I checked out but my flight wasn't until the evening. They were happy to let me hang out at the hotel and do work until it was time to leave. The loc

  The apart we booked was quite spacious and very clean, bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. The staff was quite friendly to help.
