We booked a family room and a double. Both had really high ceilings and were very spacious especially the family room! The bathroom of the latter was also huge. everyone at the Val de la Cascade helped insure I had a wonderful time. -
I was staying in the annexe what is completely renovated and super clean.
In general personel I had to do with was very friendly, spoke dutch and French without any problem. Yes I think it's worse going back. People complaining now should see the shrink
