  The size of the room and the bathroom. Everything was very easy to use. Comfortable bed, being Octobre the heating was very welcome when we got back to the room.   The whole experience, ideally situated between Spa and Francorchamps for Spa race circuit, very quiet, proprietor very helpful, good breakfast, easy parking, excellent facilities. Highly recommended - Excellent location in the countryside, good quality accomodation with restaurant & bar facitities. The secure parking an added bonus.
