  I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent.   The room and bathroom were well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the room was surprisingly good. The service was excellent - a birthday cake was produced when the check in staff discovered it was one of our group's birthday.
