Stylish, clean, quiet and perfectly located close to the hottest spot in Leuven. The landlady is lovely and breakfast fresh and delicious. My room was very spacious and with a huge bow-window. Bed was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent. Complimentary bathroom items were above average and free coffee and water and amaretto biscuit were provided.

Very friendly staff. The room is nice, but very small (for three people), a kettle, a comfortable bed. White walls and furniture from IKEA. Everything is new.
