Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. The apartment is very very nice and comfortable. The bed is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped and easily allows the preparation of meals (despite the microscopic table for consuming them). The location is very convenient for the Brussels-Midi station (15 minutes walk) and the center (15 minutes walk, but at a good pace). Perfect for our needs
