I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I stayed with a big group there. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. You are wake distance from the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
