  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. I liked the warm welcome, decoration of the house (all these tiny details you see and say "wow"), breakfasts, calm atmosphere, amenities (toiletries, tea, all you can think of).   Everything was pretty nice - owners very pleasant people also are always ready to help and prompt, if with something there are difficulties. Brussels is a very interesting city, and from it you can also trav - The staff is really kind and available to help and give useful informations about the city. The room was clean and supply with everything needed, the shower was private and very clean, the bathroom was shared with other people, but also clean. We also had a terrace. It is not too far from the center and the subway is very closed. Also there are supermarkets very closed. I recommend it to young people and also family with a budget not so high. The quality/price ratio is really good.
