  We couldn't get out of bed and our room because it was soooo comfortable! The bed was a king size and hotel grade. We had a TV, kitchen, huge bathroom (the shower looked like a time travel machine), windows, utensils/plate etc, microwave, aircon...   I think having such a lovely welcome from the owners to such a nice apartment is very rare. I was usually placed in a hotel for work purposes, never again, I would love to return and often in the future. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
