The staff were more than nice and accommodating. The room, or the flat was spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. The flat overlooked a lovely garden and had a balcony, which will be perfect in spring/summer. The location is next to Avenue Louise and ideally surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants from all side. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very spacious with toiletries (which you don't usually get in apartment hotels). I really can't fault anything.
所有评语 » I arrived late at night and Mr Guy was very quick to check me in and was very friendly. I stayed in a studio flat which was spotlessly clean, very modern, and confortable. I would definitlely stay again. Space, quiet, comfort and cleanliness of apartment, very pleased and would definately stay there again. Nice food outlet close by. Well equipped kitchen. High quality, quiet accommodation. Very comfortable and welcoming. Excellent location. Have already booked to return. Beautiful view from the large balcony. Quietness of the area. Large apartment. good TV channel friendly staff Clean Safe fixed with good Kitchen. Wonderful large room with kitchenette and living room Very quiet. Spatious aesthetically decorated fully equipped appartment. nice location, good parking, big rooms. strong wifi. Spotlessly clean. Great self-catering facilities,(Microwave, Hob, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster,Coffee-Maker). Flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi already set up with personal password. In the heart of the Louise area of Btussels. We stayed at family room. Very large room and good kitchen facility. Furniture and carpet are new and clean. Not much. The staff said they preferred visitors who stayed longer!. Nothing. Cleanliness was not at the top, but acceptable. Location no service after 9 PM. Nothing to complain about. Smoke smell in the appartment. if room have windows to street - expect noise from 7am. Got a frosty greeting on arrival by woman at receprion. Not sure if it was resentment due to low booking price as she seemed to make some reference to favourable internet pricing. Card didn't process properly in machine for a long time so woman got frustrated and showed little friendliness. Could just have been a long day for her or she simply took exception to me. Didn't see much more of the staff after that as the reception opens later in the mornings and not at all at the weekend!. Not possible to walk to down town. There is no one at the reception during weekend. If you want "hotel service 24/7", I would not recommend. No housekeeping in weekends and public holidays. even when they worked, they didn't clean the room very well. Internet was free for 2 devices only. Pricey is very high compared to the quality of the accommodation. I wouldn't give it 2 stars.
