房间很大，厨房在2层（还有个户外的露台），卧室及客厅在3层，另外一间卧室在4层。足够4人居住。而且厨房做饭很方便，附近有个家乐福，我们买好食材回来做超爽的。房东一家4口，有2个可爱的孩子，他们住在1楼。.
唯一不太好的是离市中心较远，从南站打车差不多24欧，不过步行七八分钟有个地铁站。.
