  The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  I was really impressed with how modern the hotel room and bathroom were, while they had still kept most of the hotel in its original style. Everything was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location could not have been better.   Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast and perfect location just off the main squares - and all at a very good rate. - everything at the hotel was amazingly excellent!   The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city.
