  Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous. Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get back into it. Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. - I really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz.
