  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too. I'd be willing to guess that they know French and Italian and Spanish, too, but it would only be a guess.   A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!

  Room is very good, free internet, reasonably priced pay-TV and the staff were helpful and friendly. The "gem" at this hotel, though, is the restaurant.
