The overall experience at the apartmanet was 100% positive. Brilliant location (15 min walk to the very center of the city). Supermarket down the road and easy to get to busses, trams and tube. Underground station with direct connection (about 20 min fair.) to the airport,1 minute away. Very... very large room (we rented the "loft" apartment). Spotless clean and friendly personell. 所有评语 » Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!) Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly. I like it and I recommended it for each one. It is awesome I stay tow times in the . apartment I will come more and more there because it close from every thing you need it like underground and all kinds of transportation ; there are market center and Bank close to the building just a few seconds. -Excellent service even though there is no reception. We asked for luggage keeping after we have checked out and they gave us instantly the room - free of charge - The room is in an excellent condition. - Hi-speed wifi - Very clean - Very convenient. Walk one minute from rennweg station to the hotel. The location is very good. The apartment is comfortable. There is everything you need even iron with the board & dish washing machine! It is not far from the center (about 20 or 30 minutes by foot, but there is a tram also). It is near the Belveder. Metro is just next to the building. Very quiet. Almost everything, especially wonderful was bathroom (with heated floor) and climat control in apartament. Dishwashing machine is brand new, electric stove heats-up almost instantly. Rooms are wery spacious, very comfy beds. A lot of electric sockets, so you can charge all your equipment. Am Belvedere Apartments are very comfortable and you can find anything in the house which are necessary. The room is clean and bathroom/kitchen materials are ready for customers. Wifi is working and the signal is good. The apartment is so close centrum. (max 10 minutes walking). Location 1minute walk to Renwegg train station which is on the airport line into city centre. So travelling in all directions was hassle free, recommend Vienna travel card for all transport. Apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 2 adults. Nice kitchen and mid-cons. location, locarion and location, just 5 minutes walk to Belveder, to City center - 25 min or you can take tram (N71) and you'll find yourself near Opera in 10 min. The apt is absolutely the same as it is described in the site. You will find a supermarket very close to it. It was clean and extremely quiet. great location. Some more wall decorations would add some color to the place. Some type of counter or shelving in the bath room. Also instructions in using the laundry in English or other languages would be good. It's in a great neighborhood- 1 minute walk from metro station. It was huge- a fully furnished place. Great for 3 of us staying. Everything was clean including bathroom. Lift was great- since we had big suitcases and apt was on 4th floor. Location is fine, walking distance to town. big modern apartment, good location near station, wasy to get to the city center. Relative central place Clean and tidy Well kept. it was close to city though not quite inside the city. There was some food / cooking smell in the place and it did not go away. Nothing terrible though. TV is too small compare to the distance with the couch. Those are two minor points. They take 35 Euro for cleaning. - The room was quite cold as the heater can't be warmed for some weird reason. The fitness center is just in front of the apartment's windows, so you can see them, and they can see you. But there is a window shade you can use it. And one card for the door (key) was not working. Just a little inconvenience - the laundry machine is shared with other guest, so be prepared to wait for a while. And don't forget to buy liquid or powder for laundry. You have to call the recepcionist when you arrive the apartment for getting the code which opens the box. Your room card is inside the box. They can send an e-mail or message instead. Nice large windows allowing great light in but facing directly at neighbouring gym. De pilates class weren't impressed with my naked yoga....but that's just 1 apartment. everything was fine. Lack of instructions on laundry use or a surface in the bathroom to put my things in/on. When we reached there, we were not able to locate the contact person via phone number that was provided. It took us about 30 minutes to locate the lady. Also, better directions are needed to reach the actual apartment. Only three seats inside for 4 people only german programs on tv no information for travellers (about city transport, parking facilities...) cheap p+r parking is 3 km away a park garage is otherwise nearby, but very expensive parking (35 eur/day). Can be a little noisy as it is a busy location, but not enough to wake us. We had 2 stays : in the first, room 104, all our windows were directly opposite a gym - it felt invasive. Wouldn't stay in that room again. Our 2nd room, 106, was spacious and fabulous for me - my husband found the trams too noisy during the night. nothing. No view, keep curtains down to not have to see neighbors type of place. Pillows smelled of cigarette smoke, rather off putting. a shelf under the mirror in the bathroom would be nice and another hanging on the bare wall in the living room...very minor suggestions...we found it to be very pleasant. 1. No reception, no personel. Be ready to call the hotel administrator by phone. But still the apartment is exciting!. No reception. No phone the directs you to a receptionist. They take 35 Euro extra for cleaning. Not easy to figure out where the door is. Contact to staff by phone is not easy. Contacting the host on arrival and getting the key was not easy. Place was a bit noisy. Nothing- it was great. Rooms on 1-st flor. 1. Windows fitness center opposite the windows of the apartments, the distance h meters. You can not keep the windows open - the people involved in fitness all day long. 2. The noise in the early morning from the bakery and cafe. 3. Not open one of the two windows in R 102. No reception,you must call them. when contacted staff about internet connection prpblem noone came after two hoours waiting.and we needed it for vienna tourist help. No staff contact at all except by phone to give us a door code. Given that there's many apartments in the building, it would be great to see someone on arrival and departure. Limited kitchen equipment, only to reheat dish or breakfast. At time of our visit, the weather was very hot, there was a fan but not sufficient, and if we open the window it is very noisy (busy crossroads + restaurant downstairs). Lift at the apartment to small and looks like less maintenance. The absence of the staff to explain everthing and to give us information. Only the day of our check out one staff showed up but dont know how speak in english... Not bad at all but as they are in a tourist sector they must learn how to speak in english. More tv channels. Problem with check-in. The staff very unhelpful. If you are arriving at the first time you should have a cell phone to call to give the instruction for getting the key which placed inside a box at the entrance door. No parking allowed next to the apartment. Cannot park the car anywhere. There was no warning about the situation in Vienna. I left the car in the street and checked many times if it was allowed only to find a 36 Euro ticket on my window next morning. Then we had to bring the car to park & ride (Erdberg) and come back by public transportation. Nothing wrong with that but it would have been helpful to know before. extra fees for room cleaning. Four people sleeping in the living room. The small bedroom was really small. Four chairs for six peple was not enough for sitting around breakfast table. I asked for two more chairs, but uselessly. One toilet for six people. No sign of warm hospitality like: coffee and tea or some fruits. The room was quite smoky. The staff did not explain enough or offer appropriate alternative although I complained its smoky condition. Please make sure to remember this room is too smoky for family with infant or children to stay. we were three, the bed for the third was hardly a bed. It was recipe for getting a backache. The shower is so tiny that you hit the wall whilst shampooing. Traffic noise is terrible. The whole atmosphere is just sad.
