The apartment is quite spacious. Kitchen is great. Not the most
exciting neighborhood, but quiet and easy to go to the center from.
Clean and cozy.
Nice big apartment. Close to underground stops, trams and a big park.

Need to prearrange access before arrival.

Problems with bath cabin, water going to the floor.Need to repair!.
Very strange to have the shower in the kitchen... A lot of work being
done in the building also, missing tiles/loose fixtures/fittings
in the apartment.
Shower didn't work. Police came in the early morning (7 am) because
water from the apartment flew to the neighbours. Kitchen wasn't
clean. The shower was in the kitchen. Plumbers came before the check-out
(2,5 hours) and dismanteld whole kitchen (shower), there was no way to
take the shower and relax. And you need to prearrange access before
arrival, if you come after 10 pm, you pay additionally 20 euros.
