I was in hotel with my fiance. We live in Canada right now so we had a trip through Europe. St. Pölten is very nice hotel in awesome area. We asked about huge room. What we got was very nice apartmen with marble bathroom. The staff were very kind and we had everything what we asked. Anyway the area and activities around hotel are amazing. Thank you again for lovely time in this hotel.
Its a small and warm family hotel, with a very friendly staff, on the best location in Sankt Pölten. The architecture and decoration is "Old Style". it offers free Wifi in the rooms. The breakfast is excelent. The price is good.

Staff were very welcoming and good fun. Room was very big.
The reception lady put me in a larger room than I had booked ( no extra fee).
The staff very friendly and helpfull.
The staff were kind.
The shower tube was defect; At arrival, the room was very cold and took ages to heat up a bit; A phone call didnt get put though, even though I was in my room and I wasnt even given notice later on.
The give a bed that was a sofa for the price of the room it is unacceptable.
Bad value for money. The breakfast was no class.
