The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

  Staff very welcoming and helpful. Service very good. Spa facilities clean. Outdoor pool heated to 28 deg C even in end October. Evening meal and breakfast buffet very good. Undercover, safe parking for our tandem bike. Hotel is direct on the Tauern cycleway. - Most of all I was very satisfied with the staff. Sauna was perfect as well.

  Everything was fantastic!!! I just wish we knew before our arrival, that 1 Km up the road there is a ski resort with a very good play area for kids and a whole mountain full of activities for young kids (if you pay for the lift to get there). - Very comfortable house. Good breakfast. Helpful host.
