  We really liked your hotel. Its location was particularly good as was the friendly service and assistance your staff provided. We had to leave very early on our departure and we were provided with a take away breakfast. The hotel's exterior doesn't give much indication of the elegant interior. The breakfast buffet is extensive and was included in the room rate.

  The rooms were clean and spacious with all necessary facilities including internet. The staff and particularly Mrs Frauenschuh were most courteous and helpful. - Very friendly and attentive service from a family run hotel.   Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.
